TERM OF ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION TO PARTICIPATE IN PODCAST

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions established for my participation as a guest in the podcast called "Gospel Class Podcast", hereinafter referred to as "the Podcast", produced and conducted by Gospel Class, hereinafter referred to as "the Producer".

 

CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE:

I agree to voluntarily participate as a guest in the Gospel Class Podcast. I understand that the recording may be used and distributed on different media platforms, including, but not limited to, websites, social networks, podcast applications and other forms of transmission.

 

IMAGE AND VOICE RIGHTS:

I authorize the Producer to record, reproduce and distribute my image, voice and contributions in the Podcast. I acknowledge that these materials may be edited and used at the discretion of the Producer for the purpose of creating quality content for listeners.

COPYRIGHT:

I understand that the content generated during my participation in the Podcast will be subject to the Producer's copyright. However, I acknowledge that I will not receive any financial compensation for my services as a guest.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I agree to be responsible for any content I provide during the recording of the Podcast, ensuring that it does not infringe on the copyrights of any third party and that it complies with applicable laws.

 

DISCLOSURE:

I agree that the Producer may disclose personal information provided by me, such as my name, bio, and links to my social media accounts, in promotional materials associated with the episode in which I participated.

TERM OF VALIDITY:

This agreement is effective from the date of signature and remains in force indefinitely, unless revoked in writing by both parties.

 

I understand the terms of this agreement and agree to participate as a guest on the Gospel Class Podcast.
